Homes2Inspire run contracts designed to allow care leavers a safe environment to test their independent living skills before moving on to other housing options.
Homes2Inspire began the Belinda Ferrison House contract for Northamptonshire County Council care leavers in 2018. BFH comprises 19 individual flats in a central Northampton location, designed to allow care leavers a safe environment to test their independent living skills before moving on to other housing options.
The contract also provides community support to those who move on from BFH for three months in their new setting allowing those young people to have continuous support from people they have been working with on their independence journey. All young people will have progress closely monitored through the Outcome Stars Framework.

Homes2Inspire were chosen by Gloucestershire County Council to run Trevone House in Gloucester a new and innovative model of care for young people moving onto independence. Trevone is designed for young people aged 16 and over with self-contained flats for up to 19 young people to live in as well as staff available 24/7 for support. The facilities available also incorporate a Wellbeing Suite offering young people with mental health issues a place of safety and calm. There will also be a dedicated bed for PACE admissions.
