This also includes supporting external policy development through involvement on Local Safeguarding Children Boards and co-delivering training activities with local Child Protection teams with an overarching focus on improving outcomes for all young people within the area.
The effectiveness of our safeguarding mechanisms continue to be systematically tested, verified and validated through external inspection by Ofsted where we continue to achieve ‘Outstanding’ gradings.
